3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
- The product must not have been used, damaged, or tampered with.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Due to the nature of dietary supplements and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used products unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence by the customer.
- Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired (unless defective).
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or differs from what you ordered, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement regardless of whether the product has been opened. Please contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the defect, and in any case within 2 years of delivery, in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act.
6. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Confirmation: We will review your request and send you return instructions, including the return shipping address, within 2 business days.
- Ship the Product: Package the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to verify that it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- Refund: If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
7. Return Shipping Costs
If you are exercising your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect. If the product was delivered in error or is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
8. Refund Details
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Please allow the following timelines:
- Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
- Bank Processing: Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
The refund will cover the full purchase price of the product. Original shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. If you chose an upgraded shipping option, we will only refund the cost of standard shipping.
9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
10. Consumer Rights
This Return Policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Norwegian law (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) or EU consumer protection regulations. You may have additional rights beyond those described in this policy, including but not limited to:
- The right to a remedy for products that do not conform to the contract within 2 years of delivery (or 5 years for products intended to last significantly longer).
